Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Request initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective covers must remain intact
  • Personalized or custom-made brooches are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • International customers: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective brooch:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a free return and replacement/refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Brooches with removed tags or damaged packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
